This promotion is valid from 24 April 2026 onwards, until further notice or as otherwise determined by Garena.

Eligibility

This promotion is open only to players who:

1. Make a diamond top-up through the Garena Official Store at https://shopkh.garena.com/; and
2. Are first-time users of the Garena Official Store, meaning they have never previously completed any diamond top-up transaction through the Garena Official Store.

Promotion Details

Eligible users will receive 50% bonus diamonds on their qualifying top-up purchase made through the Garena Official Store during the promotion period.

Bonus Diamond Entitlement

• The 50% bonus diamonds apply only to the user’s first successful diamond top-up transaction made via the Garena Official Store.
• Bonus diamonds will be calculated based on the base amount of diamonds purchased in the qualifying transaction.
• This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible user/account only.
• Any subsequent top-ups made through the Garena Official Store will not qualify for bonus diamonds under this promotion.

General Conditions

• Only successful and completed transactions are eligible for this promotion.
• Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or failed transactions will not qualify.
• Garena reserves the right to determine whether a user qualifies as a first-time Garena Official Store top-up user based on its internal transaction records.
• Bonus diamonds, if applicable, will be credited according to Garena’s operational process and may not be reflected instantly in all cases.
• This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, substituted, or combined with any other offer, unless otherwise stated by Garena.
• Any abuse of the promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, abuse of payment methods, chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification from the promotion and/or further action on the relevant account(s).
• Garena reserves the right to suspend, amend, terminate, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Garena’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including eligibility and bonus entitlement, shall be final and binding
