Provide understanding to our partner regarding out API docs, helping Customer Service team in solving transaction issue. Generate report required by other department. 

• Support the office operational, help troubleshoot and fixing employee issues
• Collaboration with Customer Service to resolve customer issues
• Assist the developer for testing using automation program to prevent any error in the production/operation
• Provide post integration/operations support to company partners

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT/Computer or any related major
• Mnimum 1 year of experience in related field
• Good in English
• Having a good understanding of API docs
• Familiar with MySQL queries
• Good at analytical thinking

Approach potential brands/clients, manage all client needs and liaise them to the team as necessary, present/sell the company’s services and sealing the deal with clients.

• Identify and qualify potential clients, including following leads via cold calls and establish relationships
• Make presentations and proposals according to the client’s needs
• Closing deals to meet sales goals
• Able to dig into client’s needs and perform upselling if necessary
• Managing the timeline of client’s needs and liaising it with the team
• Create reports and evaluations for each deals as reference for future projects
• Keep up with gaming industry trends

• At least bachelor degree in any major
• 1 year of work experience in related field
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently to meet sales target
• Passionate in gaming
