Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
2. Promo runs from February 6-20, 2026
3. Valid for every UniPin registered user (MUST log in to a UniPin account).
4. Valid for the following Payment Channels: all payment channels
5. Top 3 Spenders will receive the following prize
   • 1st place – Winner of 2,000 UniPin Credits
   • 2nd and 3rd place – Winner of 500 UniPin Credits
6. Data pull for the top Spender will be on February 24, 2026, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.
7. In the event that there is a tie for top spenders, the user who reach the amount earlier (via time stamp) will be declared the winner. 
8. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin . Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on February 26, 2026. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels. 
9. Rewards will be sent to the winners registered account starting February 27, 2024
10. Prize cannot be convertible to cash or other credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
11. All entries remain the sole property of UniPin Phils Inc. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to UniPin Phils Inc. use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which UniPin Phils Inc. may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of UniPin Phils Inc.. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold UniPin Phils Inc. and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
12. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Second degree of consanguinity (relationship by blood) or affinity (relationship by marriage) such as spouse (1st degree), children (1st degree), sibling (2nd degree), grandparents (2nd degree)
13. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
14. UniPin account members shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above by the Merchant.
