Job Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Promote and sell company products or services while achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights or analysis to improve performance and service quality.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and overall satisfaction.
Perform other related tasks as required by the team or management.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Customer Service, Sales Support, or related field).
Proven ability to work with targets and demonstrate sales-oriented skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or other relevant tools is an advantage.
