Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee databases, records, employment agreements, warning letters, reference letters, and other related documents.
Handle the employee offboarding process; conduct exit interviews, and manage termination related documents.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain records of all General Affairs-related documents.
Manage operational costs related to company vehicles, including rental and/or purchase.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the HR field (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and HR-related software.
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new environments.
Preferably residing in West Jakarta or Tangerang area.
