Job Description

We’re looking for a Retail Manager (Channel Partner Focus) to lead and grow our retail partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring strong product presence in stores, and supporting in-store promotions and activities.

If you’re passionate about building relationships, executing retail strategies, and making an impact on the ground, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for managing relationships with retail partners to drive sales and maximize product visibility.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data across retail stores, identifying opportunities for growth and improvements.

Coordinate with retail partners to ensure proper in-store merchandising, product placement, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand activations with retail partners.

Build strong relationships with key retail stakeholders and ensure alignment on sales targets, promotional strategies, and product offerings.

Conduct regular visits to retail locations to evaluate product displays, conduct staff training, and provide support on sales strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports, analyze retail data, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel performance.

Ensure that retail pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with overall brand objectives.

Address and resolve any operational issues related to retail partner relations, product availability, or sales performance.

Proactively identify new retail opportunities or markets to expand brand presence and increase sales.

Job Requirement

5 years + of experience in retail management, channel management, or sales in a retail-focused environment.

Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies, particularly within retail chains 

Proven ability to manage relationships with key retail partners and drive sales through these channels.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills (Bahasa & English).

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple retail partnerships simultaneously.

Ability to travel frequently for store visits and partner meetings.
