Job Description

UniPin (Universal Pin) is Southeast Asia’s leading payment service provider for online games and digital products with more than 6 million active users in over 40 countries throughout the world. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, we are building a payment solution that allows gamers to use an electronic pin in multiple games from multiple game publishers. This is in line with our company motto “One for All, All for One.”  

UniPin was first established in Indonesia back in 2009 as an online games voucher provider for various game publishers, namely Garena, Moonton, Tencent, etc. Currently, we start to penetrate other digital products, such as iTunes, Spotify, and Iflix.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage Social Media channels and activities; ensure that Social Media is a key driver of business, rather than a nice-to-have. 

  • Lead the social media strategy and insights for markets 

  • Create an effective content development strategy for social media 

  • Creating and maintaining weekly/monthly editorial calendar for Social Media content 

  • Build effective customer engagement and grow community 

  • Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions 

  • Content Performance Evaluation – analyzing what types of content is performing well 

Job Requirement
  • Max. 30 years of age 

  • At least 2 year(s) of experience as Social Media Specialist or similar role (developing and managing social media) 

  • Understanding of consumer behavior, strong passion for digital marketing, online communities, social networking. 

  • Experience with social media paid advertising 

  • Excellent knowledge of SEO, social media technology, analytics and web traffic metrics. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • A self-starter with initiative, creativity, and drive 

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers 

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
