You'll be responsible for building secure and high-performing backend systems using modern tools, APIs, and microservices architecture.

Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL) for efficient data retrieval and integration

Bachelor's degree from IT, Computer Science or related fields

4 years of experience in backend development. Strong programming skills in general. Familiar with Java or Kotlin is a plus.

Familiar or having experience using Spring / Spring Boot Framework

Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and service-oriented design.

Strong database knowledge and experienced working with SQL databases (eg. Postgres, MySQL).

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

You'll be responsible for developing SQL queries, analyzing data, and ensuring clean, accurate datasets to support business decisions.
You'll also collaborate with the data team and cross-functional partners to improve data pipelines and deliver actionable insights.

Experience working with raw data, setting up data tracking from scratch for new and enhance existing integration is a plus

As our HRGA Generalist, you will maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and termination paperwork. Manage General Affairs documentation, and oversee company vehicle operational costs also purchasing.

Maintain and update employee databases, records, employment agreements, warning letters, reference letters, and other related documents.

Handle the employee offboarding process; conduct exit interviews, and manage termination related documents.

Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain records of all General Affairs-related documents.

Manage operational costs related to company vehicles, including rental and/or purchase.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the HR field (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and HR-related software.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new environments.

Preferably residing in West Jakarta or Tangerang area.
