Terms & Conditions:
1) The campaign period ends on 31st August 2021.
2) Fill in all the fields in the form with the correct information.
3) Upload a screenshot of your MySejahtera profile.
4) Upload a screenshot of your MySejahtera vaccine appointment status.
5) UnPin Credits will be given on to the first 2,000 registrants who submit the form completely.
6) A verified registrant will receive their UniPin Credits redemption code via the email registered for UniPin account. All prizes will be sent out on end of September 2021.
7) Each UniPin account user can receive ONE (1) time of UniPin Credits prize throughout the campaign period.
8) The event will cease once the quota has been reached, or at the expiration of the event period, whichever is earlier.
9) UniPin has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, if fraud is detected during the promotion period; and the decisions made by UniPin are final and inviolable.
