Thorrad is the FFML Season 8 Champion, winning dramatically against RRQ Kazu!

FFML Season 8 has finally finished with an ending that many might not have predicted, after it was the Thorrad team that took the title of the best Free Fire esports team in Indonesia!

Through the Grand Finals, which only featured six rounds, the 12 teams for FFML Season 8 battled each other to be the best in Indonesia's highest Free Fire esports tournament.

Previously, these 12 teams struggled in the Semi Finals to determine their Head Starts Points in the Grand Finals. In this round, ONIC Olympus became the best team with 14 points, followed by RRQ Kazu with 10 points.

Thorrad was actually not a team that was favored by anyone because the combined First Raiders Eclipse and Storm team only got 8 points as Head Starts. However, what happened at the Jakarta International Velodrome was different from what netizens expected.

Thorrad won the FFML Season 8 title with 117 points, followed by runner-up RRQ Kazu with 93 points. POCO Star, the League Phase FFML Season 8 champion, secured 3rd place with 74 points.

With the end of FFML Season 8, the three teams that will represent Indonesia at the FFWS 2023 Bangkok event have also been determined: POCO Star, Thorrad, and RRQ Kazu!

POCO Star earned its FFWS 2023 ticket through the League Phase FFML Season 8 champion, while Thorrad secured its ticket by becoming the FFML Season 8 champion. RRQ Kazu grabbed the last ticket by becoming the FFML Season 8 runner-up. FFWS 2023 Bangkok will be held starting November 10, 2023.
