1. 1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
2. Valid for the following Payment Channels: All Payment Channel
3. Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up UniPin Credits or UniPin Vouchers
4. Raffle runs from November 8-December 31, 2024
5. one (1) raffle entry for a minimum PHP 300 worth of UniPin Credits or UniPin Vouchers
6. Valid for all payment channel.
7. After a successful transaction, users will get ONE (1) raffle entry automatically
8. Monthly Draw
   1. November 8-30, 2024 – Raffle Draw on December 3, 2024
   2. December 1-31, 2024 – Raffle Draw on January 6, 2025
9. Raffle draw will be held at in Unipin Phils. Inc. Office, Unit 3 2/F Elenba Bldg., Alabang Zapote Road, Pamplona 3, Las Pinas City, in the presence of a DTI representative and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin. Lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/  through random electronic draw.

11. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 3 months period.
12. Winners of previous month are not eligible to participate in the succeeding month. Non-winning entries from the Monthly Draw are excluded from the following monthly draw. All non-wining entries from both Monthly draws are excluded in the succeeding monthly draw.
13. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on January 7, 2025. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
14. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas (if and when applicable).
15. Raffle Prize are transferable but NOT convertible to cash.
16. All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
17. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Second degree of consanguinity (relationship by blood) or affinity (relationship by marriage) such as spouse (1st degree), children (1st degree), sibling (2nd degree), grandparents(2nd degree) User agrees that should his her purchase be found fraudulent, UniPin Philippines shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his her account
18. UniPin account members shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above by the Merchant.

20. Offer cannot be convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
21. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
