TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promo is from March 15 - 25, 2024.
2. Users must have a registered Shopee account with an activated and verified ShopeePay wallet.
3. Each user can be qualified for up to twelve (12) cashback rewards per month across all twelve (12) merchants. Each user is limited to one (1) cashback per merchant per month
   1. New users (first time to use ShopeePay as payment method on Unipin website) can get 50% or up to 50 coins cashback and 20% or up to 50 bonus Unipin credits from March 15 - 25, 2024.
   2. Existing users (users who have already used ShopeePay as payment method on Unipin website) must purchase at least ₱200 worth to get 10% or up to 30 Shopee coins cashback and 20% or up to 50 bonus Unipin credits  from March 15 - 25, 2024.
4. Payments must be successfully created and settled via ShopeePay within the promo duration to be eligible for the coins cashback.
5. This promo is exclusive for users who pay using ShopeePay on the featured merchants’ app or website. Promo may be applicable to selected products on each merchant’s app/website.
6. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ShopeePay vouchers, promos, and discounts.
7. Coins cashback are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable to cash.
8. In case a participating user or the system triggers a refund, the reward will automatically be clawed back by ShopeePay. The user will no longer be eligible for the promo if the user transacts again.
9. ShopeePay reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts proven to be invalid, suspicious or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
10. ShopeePay users with duplicate accounts, sharing devices, or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. ShopeePay reserves the right to cancel or debit the value of the prize, or benefit from the account balance at ShopeePay’s sole discretion without specifying cause.
11. By joining, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and Terms & Conditions. ShopeePay reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.

14. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
