Mechanics

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers residing in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from August 21- September 10, 2023

3.Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) and top up for Harry Potter Magic Awakened.

4.Valid for all payment channels except UniPin Credits/UniPin Vouchers

5.Each UniPin account user that would top up would receive a participation reward for this promotion:

A.Participation Rewards

• All users that would top up for a minimum of PHP 249 would receive an in-game gift code.
• Each user will only receive a maximum of one(1) participation reward per account during the promo period.

B.Raffle Promo

•Users will have a raffle entry for a minimum purchase of PHP 249.

•Grand draw will be on September 12, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends.  The prizes for each event are as follows:

• 1 Winner of 1000 UniPin Credits + gift code
• 2 Winners of 500 UniPin Credits + gift code
• 10 Winners of 100 UniPin Credits

6.Participation reward will be given 3-5 days after promo period has ended via in game mail.

7.A participant may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

8.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on September 15. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

9.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

10.Prizes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT CONVERTIBLE to cash.

11.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

12.By participating in this Promotion, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

13.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
