Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from February 19-March 5, 2025

3.User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.

4.Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for a minimum from participating products:

• Minimum PHP 200 for Mobile Legends
• Minimum PHP 280 for King’s Choice
• Minimum PHP 249 for Be The King
• Minimum PHP 249 for One Punch Man: The Strongest, MU ORIGIN 3, and MU ORIGIN 2.

5.Users when purchasing/reloading UniPin Credits with minimum PHP 300 for UniPin Credits, are counted as double entries.

6.Valid for all payment channel except UniPin Vouchers

7.After a successful transaction, user will be able to do their entry to register the following: Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Contact Number, with Transaction Number provided in the online receipt by clicking the REGISTER NOW button.

8.There’s no limit to the number of raffle entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted or transferred.

9.Raffle draw will be held at March 8, 2025 in UniPin Phils. Inc. Office, Unit 1807 Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower,  2210 Chino Roces Ave., Pio Del Pillar, Makati City in the presence of a DTI representative via online meeting

10.Taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.

11.Lucky winner will be drawn via random.org/lists/  through random electronic draw.

12.Prize:

• 1 winner of a 2D1N stay for a Bed and Breakfast, Tower Wing Deluxe Room at EDSA Shangri-La Plaza, Manila for March 15-16, 2025.
• Any add-ons or additional requests on top of the prize listed above shall be borne by the winner.
• Prize is applicable for a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children under 12 (if applicable). Standard hotel guidelines will apply. 
• Rebooking is not allowed.

13.Winner from this raffle will not be eligible to win future raffles of UniPin within the next 3 months period.

14.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on March 7. The winner hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

15.Winner shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt in order to receive their prize.

16.If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative may claim and must present the necessary documents:

• Letter of authorization duly signed by the winner to the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf
• A signed copy of 2 government IDs of the winner
• A signed copy of 2 government IDs of the recipient

17.Delivery prize are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas (if applicable).

18.Raffle prize are transferable but NOT convertible to cash.

19.User agrees that should his her purchase be found fraudulent, UniPin Philippines shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his her account

20.All entries remain the sole property of UniPin Philippines with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to UniPin Philippines use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which UniPin Philippines may organize in connection with the promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold UniPin Philippines and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the raffle or the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.

21.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Second degree of consanguinity (relationship by blood) or affinity (relationship by marriage) such as spouse (1st degree), children (1st degree), sibling (2nd degree), grandparents (2nd degree).

22.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

23.UniPin account members shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above by the merchant.
