DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-157014 Series of 2022

Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines. Promo is from December 7-January 11, 2022

2.Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will purchase a minimum of PHP100 UniPin Voucher via CLiQQ App/Kiosk and top up at the UniPin website during the event period will be eligible for one raffle entry.

3.There’s no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted.

4.Grand draw will be on the 13th of the month (Or nearest Friday, if 13 falls on a weekend) under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin,

5.Winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends.

6.Prizes includes: 

•1st:  P1500 CLiQQ Credits

•2nd-3rd  P500 CLiQQ Credits

•3rd – 7th P100 CliQQ Credits

7.If a name was drawn more than once in a draw date, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

8.Non-winning entries will not be included in the next draw dates.

9.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on the 15th of the month. The winner hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

10.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

11.Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.

12.Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

13.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

14.By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

15.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB
