Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.

     • Available for new users when they register and use the code CBxUP and make any purchase, they will be part of the lucky draw
     • Prizes for the draw: 5 winners of 300 UniPin Credits an exclusive in-game code
     • Draw will be held at October 2, 2pm in Unipin Phils. Inc. Office, Unit 3 2/F Elenba Bldg., Alabang Zapote Road, Pamplona 3, Las Pinas City, in the presence of a DTI representative and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin. Lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ through random electronic draw. 
     • A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 3 months period. 
     • Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on August 12. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels. 
     • Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
     • Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas (if and when applicable).
     • Raffle Prize are transferable but NOT convertible to cash.
     • All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
     • All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Second degree of consanguinity (relationship by blood) or affinity (relationship by marriage) such as spouse (1st degree), children (1st degree), sibling (2nd degree), grandparents(2nd degree)

     • Each user who top up a minimum of PHP 140 will get up to 15% BONUS UNIPIN CREDITS
       • PHP 140 = 21 Bonus UniPin Credits (15%)
       • PHP 210 = 31.5 UniPin Credits (15 %)
       • PHP 280 = 42 UniPin Credits (15 %)
       •  PHP 420 = 63 UniPin Credits (15 %)
       •  PHP 650 = 97.5 UniPin Credits (15 %)

       • A user can receive a maximum of one(1) code per tier. A total of 3 codes can be awarded if user purchases in all tiers
       • Codes will be sent to user 5-7 days after the purchase was made. Use of code is valid until 60 days from end of promo period.
