It's common to know that EA Sports is one of the most popular sports game developers. After parting ways with FIFA for soccer games, they are currently promoting the EA Sports FC game. As a marketing strategy, EA Sports is also a sponsor for LaLiga or the Spanish soccer league.

The partnership between EA Sports and LaLiga will begin for the 2023/2024 Spanish football competition. With this partnership, EA Sports will also be the title sponsor for Spain's top two soccer competitions, namely LalLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion.

What's the difference? EA Sports includes their company name for the first division competition, aka LaLiga. While Hypermotion, which is a sports game engine made by them, will be the title sponsor for the second division competition.

VP Brand from EA Sports FC, David Johnson, also gave his opinion regarding the collaboration between EA Sports and LaLiga. According to him, this collaboration can have a good impact on both companies in the world soccer culture going forward.

This is the first time EA Sports has acted as the title sponsor for a soccer league as big as the Spanish League. Previously, EA Sports had also collaborated with several other famous football leagues, such as the Premier League or even the Champions League.

The upcoming 2023/24 season itself will certainly be quite important for EA Sports. This is the first time since more than twenty years ago that they will release a soccer game without using the name "FIFA".

As mentioned above, this famous soccer game will be renamed EA Sports FC and released in the coming months, coinciding with the new season of the European soccer league.
