Everything You Need To Know About Free Fire SEA Invitational

The greatest event of Free Fire esports, the Free Fire SEA Invitational aka FFSI, will begin soon by bringing together 18 of the best teams in the world to compete for the title of this first edition tournament.

With big theme 'Light Your Fire', FFSI will feature a great battle between 18 of the best teams from the MCPS (Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, and Sri Lanka), Indonesia, Vietnam, Europe, and MEA (Middle East and Africa) regions to claim the title and a total prize pool of 300,000 USD (4.4 billion rupiah).

Held from May 12 - 28, 2023, the FFSI will be divided into two rounds, the Group Stage (May 12 - 21, 2023) and the Grand Finals (May 26 - 28, 2023). This prestigious tournament will be broadcasted through YouTube as FFSI's official broadcast partner.

At Free Fire SEA Invitational event, Indonesia will represented by the top 4 Free Fire Master League (FFL) Season 7, namely Genesis Dogma SF, First Raiders Eclipse, Morph Team, and G Arsy Aphrodite.

In the Group Stage, the 18 teams will be divided into three groups of six. In this phase, each team will play a total of 24 rounds of matches. The division of the groups will be done through the Drawing process on May 7, 2023.

The rule in this group division is that the champions and runners-up from the same region cannot be in the same group. In addition, there cannot be more than two teams from the same region in each group.

Of the 18 teams competing in the Group Stage, the top 12 teams in the final standings will advance to the Grand Final. In this round, all teams will compete in 6 rounds per day and the team with the most points has the right to win the inaugural Free Fire SEA Invitational title.
