Mechanics

1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
2. Promo runs from March 10-31, 2023
3. Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up
4. Valid for Genshin Impact Genesis Crystal and Blessing of the Welkin Moon products only
5. Valid for the following Payment Channels: All payment channel except UniPin Credits and UniPin Vouchers
6. Data pull for lucky winners will be on April 5, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.
7. Lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ . There will be the following winners
   • 1 winner of Genshin Impact “It’s  not emergency food” Paimon Series Chibi Figure set
   • 3 winners of Genshin Impact Fleeting Colors in Flight Series Badge Pin and Standee
   • 5 winners of Genshin Impact Phone Holder
8. A participant may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she get the prize of higher value. Verified winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffles within the next 6 months period.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on April 7.
9. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
10. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
11. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
12. Prizes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
13. By participating in this Promotion, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
14. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
