9. User agrees that should his/her purchase be found fraudulent, UniPin shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his/her account
10. UniPin account members shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
11. Discount cannot be convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
