Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
2. Promo runs from July 19-August 14, 2023
3. User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.
4. Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for every purchase of a minimum PHP 100 on UniPin Credits, PHP249 on PUBGM and Tower of Fantasy (Tower of Fantasy via PC-Windows only, Mobile and Steam client not included. Using participating Channels: UniPin Credits,  Gcash, and DITO).
5. After a successful transaction, users will get ONE (1) raffle entry, register Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Cellphone Number with Transaction Number provided in the online receipt by clicking the banner REGISTER NOW.
6. Tower of Fantasy and PUBGM purchases automatically get a raffle entry
7. There’s no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted.
8. Grand draw will be on August 17, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends.  The prizes for each event are as follows:
   • 1 winner of Nintento OLED Switch
   • 1 winner of Narzo 50 pro 5g phone
   • 2 winners of Corsair Gaming Headset
   • 8 winners of 1,000 UniPin Credits
9. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on August 19. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
10. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 3 month period
11. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
12. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
13. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
14. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
16. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
