TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES:
Event Sequences

Every team that has been registered in UniPin Ladies Series Season 1 should agreed and must follow all of the series event without any exception. Any objection from the rules or not showing up at the match would be marked as WO (walk out) from the competition
Warning & Disqualification

During the sequences of this event, If one team had three (3) times of warning / violation, that team would be disqualified automatically
Game Structure
-
UniPin Ladies Series Season 1 Regular Season using Global Ban Pick system.
-
is a rule that the same hero cannot be played more than once in a game within the same team. Heroes that were used by the team in the previous match are automatically banned in their remaining matches during the same game.

If there is any team that used the same hero in previous match, there will be rematch. The remaining picks are still the same before the violation occured.

Every Coach / Team Captain should take note while drafting their team to avoid rematch.

Rematch may only happen once, if there was another miss-picked / repeat-pick, then that violating team will lose 1 match point.

All of UniPin Ladies Series Season 1 Regular Season matches will be online.

Auto-Banned hero (For new released heroes, when applicable) -If there was a team that pick auto banned heroes, that team get 1 warning and the match will be restarted with the same draft pick (less the auto banned hero). If this team was did the same things intentionally or unintentionally (twice at the same time), that teams is disqualified and losses the match.

The Regular Season (League) will use this system:

Best Of 3 (BO3) on Regular Season using Point System. The following point system are:

Win 2 - 0 will get +2 Point

Win 2 - 1 will get +1 Point

Lose 1 - 2 will get -1 Point

Lose 0 - 2 will get -2 Point

If there was a same point at the end of Group Phase, the final decision would be based on Head to Head on the 2nd meets

Top 6 Teams with most points will advance into Play Off Round.

Every Player are allowed to use their own Emblem & Skins freely in this Tournament

Every team has the rights to ask for pause (max : 2 times) for each game with limited time (180 seconds). The other team should stand by and ready at anytime whenever unpause happened (we assumed that both of team are ready if in-game pause happen). Requesting Pause by just write “P” in chat-all section. Before and after PAUSE happen, every player should show their phone screen on cam. Please confirm to the referee if your team want to do continue the match after pausing-phase.

Technical problem such as bad connection, device problem, or any other issue should be participants responsibility.

Chat All : OFF, Battle Emote : ON, Quick Chat All : OFF Spamming Teleport: ON (Taunting) if there was Chat All (GG, any chat to All, and Quick Chat to All ) intentional or unintentionally, that team would get 1 warning from referee. If it was repeated, that team will lose the match eventually
Pre-Game Condition

Every Team that has been scheduled for match-up, must have preparation 30 minutes before the game time. Committee/referee will inform each of those teams.

Each team’s captain should befriend (at the friendlist) with committee, and will be invited to the lobby when the game time is on.

According to the bracket, the upper one will be on the left side, while the bottom on the right side.
-
15 minutes will be given for preparation until all players from both teams are joining the room.
-
If in 15 minutes given, 1 or 2 player did not show up, then its settled that incomplete team members are losing 1 match point
-
Every team are allowed to use in game voice or another platform like discord, committee would be involved to check that in-game discussion on it
-
Participants must have their cam on with apps provided by committee and joined into the channel to show their faces at least before the match started. If its not available to show the cam on or make any video call, then that team will losing their match.
Above is an example of player positioning in front of cam in order to show the phone, hands, and bare face while the game begins.
Players

Each team consists of 7 (seven) members, while 5 players are main roster, and the last two is for subs (optional)

Each team must be on the same squad
-
All Participants are confirmed Female, if there was any evidence of violation, that team will be disqualified
-
Each in-game nickname should be the same according into the first registration. By the time of this event running, participants are prohibited to change the nickname or account that has been registered

Each team that competing must wear their own jersey of their own team with no exception, if there was a player(s) who don’t use their jersey, they can’t participate in the ongoing match
-
Every Participants are prohibited to use bad words or provoking towards the other in all sequences of this event, violating this rules will get first warning from committee, if it was repeated, that team will be losing 1 match

Post Game interview : team representative should be able to have interview session with the caster about the match result.
PROHIBITION

Bug Abuse - Participants should not abuse or using any method to cause any bug, any evidence from abusing bug, will lead to disqualification

Illegal program - Participants should not using any cheats or hack program, if any evidence found by using this illegal program, this violation will lead into disqualification.

Teaming - Every team are prohibited to have cooperate with another team in any form such as match fixing, etc. Any involved team in this case will be disqualified
-
If there is any information fallacy (such as different in-game-name or players ID) that player will be banned to join the match.
Additional Information

The committee’s decision are absolute and inviolable.

The rules are subject to change at any time for the sustainability of this event, and will be informed as soon as possible to the participants.

Coaches are allowed to accompany their team until the draft pick ends, when the match has started, coach should quit their discord immediately

Each registered team has been deemed to authorize the organizers to copy, publish and/or distribute among others: (Name, logo, voice, video, photo) owned by the teams with the intent and purpose of the UniPin Ladies Series Season 1 tournament

Each team must play with the exact registered roster, transfer window will be opened during week 4 (four) of the regular season and will be closed again on week 5 (five). (Optional)
