Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from April 3 - 30, 2024

3.Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

4.Valid for the following Payment Channels: DCB Channels only (Smart, Globe, and DITO)

5.Data pull for Top spender will be on May 7, 2024, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.

6.There will be the following winners:

•Top spender - 5,000 UniPin Credits

•2nd place - 3,000 UniPin Credits

•3rd Place - 1,000 UniPin Credits

•4th-5th place - 300 UniPin Credits

7.In the event that there is a tie for top spenders, the user who reach the amount earlier (via time stamp) will be declared the winner.

8.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on May 10, 2024. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

9.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

10.Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.

11.Prizes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

12.By participating in this Promotion, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

13.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

14.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings upon prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
