Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all UniPin and PUBG Mobile Philippines customers in the Philippines.
2. Promo runs from October 27, 2023 – January 15, 202
3. User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.
4. Each user may earn a raffle entry for every task accomplished/completed which can be seen https://bit.ly/upxpubgmlevel100challengerpa3. Users will also register their Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Cellphone Number, in-game user name, in-game UID in the Gleam.io.
5. Raffle entries cannot be gifted.
6. The raffle will consist of 2 Draws
   • First promo period will be from October 27 – November 26
   • Second draw period will be from November 27 – January 15, 2024
7. There will be 2 Grand draws that will be on November 30 and January 20, 2024, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via Gleam.io when each draw ends.  The prizes for each event are as follows:
   • MAJOR PRIZES – 1 winner of Yamaha Nmax Motorcycle
     • Grand Raffle Draw dates: November 30, 2023 and January 20, 2024
   • MINOR PRIZES (each draw)
     • 1 winner of 10,000 Unknown Cash (In-game Currency)
     • 5 winners of 5,000 Unknown Cash (In-game Currency)
     • 20 winners of 1,000 Unknown Cash (In-game Currency) 
8. Announcement will be made on UniPin and PUBG Mobile Philippines social media pages on Dec. 1,. 2023 for the first draw and January 22, 2024 for the Second Draw. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin and PUBG Mobile Philippines’ social media channels.
9. Non-winning entries from the first draw are still eligible to join the second draw.
10. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners of the first draw are disqualified from joining the second draw.
11. Winners from this raffle (both draws) will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 3 month period from announcement of winner
12. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge, provide their PUBG mobile account and UniPin Account, and must send 2 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
13. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
14. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
15. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc. and PUBG Mobile, its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines & PUBG Mobile]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines & PUBG Mobile] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines & PUBG Mobile] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines & PUBG Mobile]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines & PUBG Mobile] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
17. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
18. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB
