Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-159023 Series of 2023

Mechanics:

  1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
  2. Promo runs from January 13 – 22, 2023
  3. Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up Tower of Fantasy Tanium or Battle Pass inside the game (via PC-Windows only, Mobile and Steam client not included).
  4. Valid for following UniPin Channels: Maya, Gcash, and DITO.
  5. Users are eligible to enter the lucky draw for a minimum of PHP 249. After successful transaction, users may copy their transaction number and enter their details at https://forms.gle/fdy339HLWZrMtsjJ6
  6. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value
  7. Grand draw will be on January 24, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends.The prizes are as follows:
    • Top 1-3: 1,500 worth of Dark Crystals (Via code and UniPin Credits) + 3 Gold Nucleus (via code)
    • Top 4-11: 750 worth of Dark Crystals (Via code) + 3 Gold Nucleus
    • Top 12-21: 750 worth of Dark Crystals (Via code)
  8. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on January 25. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
  9. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
  10. Codes will expire on Feb 1. Failure to redeem codes within aforementioned date will be rendered void.
  11. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
  12. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
  13. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
  14. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
  15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
