UniPin Loyalty Rewards: Be the Top of the Leaderboard (PH)

Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-161112 Series of 2023

Mechanics:

  1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
  2. Promo runs from February 15-March 15, 2023
  3. Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up UniPin Credits and/or redeem UniPin Rewards Points
  4. Valid for all payment channels for UniPin Credits except UniPin Credits for UniPin Credit top up and UniPin Rewards points for redemptions
  5. Top Spender and top rewards points redeemer will be the winners:
    • Top Spender in top ups with UniPin Credits will win Genshin Impact Bean Bag
    • Top Redeemer using UniPin Rewards Points will win Genshin Impact Inuzaka Mug
  6. Data pull for the top spender and redeemer will be on March 17, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.
  7. In the event that there is a tie for top spenders, the user who reach the amount earlier (via time stamp) will be declared the winner. In the event that there is a tie for top redeemer, the user who reach the amount redeemed earlier (via time stamp) will be declared the winner.
  8. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on March 18. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
  9. Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
  10. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
  11. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
  12. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
  13. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
  14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
