Mechanics:

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from April 19-May 31, 2024

3.User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.

4.Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for a minimum PHP 300 worth of UniPin Credits reload or UniPin Voucher purchase

5.Valid for all payment channel except UniPin Credits and UniPin Vouchers

6.After a successful transaction, users will get ONE (1) raffle entry, register Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Cellphone Number with Transaction Number provided in the online receipt by clicking the banner REGISTER NOW. There’s no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted.

7.Monthly Draw

•April 19-April 30, 2024 = Raffle Draw on May 10, 2024

•May 1 – 31, 2024 = Raffle Draw on June 6, 2024

8.Grand draw

•April 19-May 31 = Grand Raffle draw will be on June 6, 2024

9.Raffle draws (Monthly and Grand Draw) will be held at 2pm in Unipin Phils. Inc. Office, Unit 3 2/F Elenba Bldg., Alabang Zapote Road, Pamplona 3, Las Pinas City, in the presence of a DTI representative and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin. Lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/  through random electronic draw.

10.Prizes:

•Monthly Draw

•5 winners of 3,000 UniPin Credits (May 10 and June 6 Monthly Draw)

•Grand Draw

•1 winner of 64gb Steam Deck

•3 winners of Corsair BT Headset

•10 winners of 1,000 UniPin Credits

11.Non-winning entries from the Monthly Draw are excluded from the following monthly draw. All non-wining entries from both Monthly draws are included in the Grand Draw.

12.A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. Winners from this raffle will not be eligible to join future raffle of UniPin within the next 6 months period.

13.Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on June 10. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

14.Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

15.Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas (if and when applicable).

16.Raffle Prize are transferable but NOT convertible to cash.

17.All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Philippines]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Philippines] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Philippines] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Philippines]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Philippines] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

18.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Second degree of consanguinity (relationship by blood) or affinity (relationship by marriage) such as spouse (1st degree), children (1st degree), sibling (2nd degree), grandparents(2nd degree)

19.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
