Mechanics:

1. The promo will run from December 20 – January 20, 2023
2. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
3. User MUST LOG IN or REGISTER in our website (www.unipin.com) to be eligible to join.
4. Each UniPin account user can avail of one (1) raffle entry for every purchase of a minimum PHP 249
5. Valid for all payment channels
6. After a successful transaction, users will get ONE (1) raffle entry, register Full Name, Email Address (UniPin account), Complete Address, Cellphone Number with Transaction Number provided in the online receipt by clicking the banner REGISTER NOW. There’s no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a customer may avail, raffle entries cannot be gifted.
7. A name may only win once (1x). Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value
8. Grand draw will be on January 23, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, lucky winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/ when the event ends. 
9. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor UniPin Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
10. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on January 25. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
11. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
12. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas. Cost of delivery shall be shouldered by UniPin Phils. Inc.  Winner must present valid ID to courier to confirm identity.
13. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
14. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
