Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-153502 Series of 2022

Mechanics:

  1. Promo is open to all UniPin customers in the Philippines.
  2. Promo runs from October 14-20, 2022
  3. Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) who will top up Genisis Crystals or Blessing of the Welkin Moon
  4. Valid for the following Payment Channels: UniPin Credits, Ewallet, DCB
  5. Each UniPin account user can avail of the 10% cashback for a minimum purchase of PHP249
  6. Cashback capped at Php200.00 per account per transaction per day.
  7. The cashback will immediately be added to the user’s UniPin account once the transaction is completed.
  8. Top 3 Spenders will win Genshin Impact Phone Holder Merch
  9. Data pull for the top Spender will be on October 24, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.
  10. In the event that there is a tie for top spenders, the user who reach the amount earlier (via time stamp) will be declared the winner.
  11. Announcement will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on October 26. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.
  12. Rewards will be sent to the winners in-game starting October 26, 2022.
  13. Winners with Physical Prizes shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.
  14. Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas.
  15. Raffle Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.
  16. All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
  17. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
  18. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
