Mechanics

1.Promo is open to all UniPin customers residing in the Philippines.

2.Promo runs from May 15-24, 2026

3.Valid for every user (MUST register/log in to a UniPin account) and top up for UniPin Credits.

4.Valid for E-Wallet and Online Banking only.

5.Each UniPin account user may avail of the following promos:

  • Bonus Credits
    • a) Each UniPin account user can avail of up to 10% Bonus UniPin Credits or PHP 200 worth of Bonus UniPin Credits, whichever is lower.
    • b) Cash back is applicable for one transaction per UniPin account per day only.
    • c) Valid for e-Wallet and Online Banking Payment Channels only.
    • d) The bonus credits will be added to the user’s UniPin account immediately after successful purchase.
    • e) Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion and discount.
    • f) User agrees that should his/her purchase be found fraudulent, UniPin Philippines shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his/her account.
    • g) UniPin account members shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above by the Merchant.
    • h) Cash back  cannot be convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
  • Lucky Draw
    • a) MUST log in to your UniPin account (must be updated with complete name, email address, and contact number.)
    • b) Promo period would be from May 15-24, 2026.
    • c) For the minimum purchase of PHP 999 the user will be able to have a raffle entry.
    • d) For every after successful transaction a registration banner will appear. User must fill out Full Name, Transaction Number, Contact Number, Full Address, and E-mail address in order for them to have a raffle entry.
    • e) 1 winner of Nike P-6000 worth PHP 4,995.
    • f) Taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin.
    • g) Delivery prizes are subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas (if and when applicable).
    • h) Winners will be randomly selected and the draw will be conducted on June 4, 2026 in Unipin Phils. Inc. Office, UNIT 1807 CITY LAND PASONG TAMO TOWER 2210 CHINO ROCES AVE. PIO DEL PILAR CITY OF MAKATI NCR - NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION 1213, under the supervision of DTI, and taxes related to the prize will be borne by UniPin, winners will be drawn via random.org/lists/.
    • i) Winners shall be notified via direct message and e-mail by UniPin and via registered mail. The winners must confirm and acknowledge and must send 1 valid ID within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail in order to receive their prize.

6.Prizes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT CONVERTIBLE to cash.

7.All entries remain the sole property of [UniPin Phils. Inc.]. with all participant information held within the sponsor’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to [UniPin Phils. Inc.] use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which [UniPin Phils. Inc.] may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of [UniPin Phils. Inc.]. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold [UniPin Phils. Inc.] and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.

8.Announcements will be made on UniPin FB and IG Pages on June 5, 2026. The winners hereby allow the use of his/her name for the purpose of being announced as the winner in UniPin’s social media channels.

9.By participating in this Promotion, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. UniPin reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.

10.All employees of UniPin Phils. Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

11.Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
